Access to EazeHR is allowed only to validated users. Once validated users can login to the browser or the mobile application using the unique user name or mobile number, refer to the article on "EazeHR Login" for more details. Sequence of activities to be followed to validate your account is –
Email Based Validation
1. You will receive an email in your mail box from support@eazework.com with clear instructions. If you have not received the email please check your spam / junk folder and mark this email id as a safe sender
2. When you click on the validation link you will be taken to the registration page
On this page you will need to -
a) Create a User name and password for yourself. You can always reset your password by using your registered email
b) Accept the Terms of Use, Privacy and Security Policy
3. From here you will be redirected to EazeHR dashboard and you will need to review / fill up your Onboarding Form.
Mobile Based Validation
If you are using an Indian mobile number and your company has linked your account with the mobile number, you would be able to validate your account through SMS. Steps to be followed are -
1. You will receive an SMS from EAZEWK as shown below
2. Download the mobile app using the url in the SMS or from Playstore
3. In the mobile app you will be able to register as a New User and would be able to set your password
